We make every provision to ensure that our actual shelf inventory is reflected online. However, when the supply of items get low, there is the possibility that the item will be out of stock (OOS) at the time your order is packed for dispatch.

In the event that an item is out of stock at the time your order dispatches, if your order is eligible for our free shipping promotion, we will first attempt to source and ship the piece from our many resources. This will cause a delay of 5-7 +/- business days in dispatching outstanding items.

There is no need to contact us about outstanding items as we are still working for you to get them dispatched. Only contact us about your outstanding item if it has been over 7 business days since you have received any tracking information, or you have not received a notice of store credit issued.

For any item that we can not source and ship a store credit will automatically be issued.   If no portion of your order ships due to OOS a refund is issued back to your card.
