Status: Delayed During Pandemic & USPS changes.  USPS changes have also impacted UPS & FedEx with significant and unexpected increases in volume.  

To Expedite An Amazon Return - Inquire through Amazon return process or message. We can not service Amazon orders on our website as per Amazon policy.  We apologize for any inconvenience. See Amazon for Return Policy.

For Website Returns - Use either Option A or Option B Below

A. Start by generating an RMA: (recommended method)

  • Log into your account
  • Hover over your name in the top right corner of the page
  • Click the Order History link from the dropdown
  • Locate the order with the product you wish to return
  • In the order's history view check the items that you wish to return
  • click the generate an RMA number button

Once you have submitted for an RMA, wait for authorization.  Upon authorization of the return, you will receive an email indicating we are 'Waiting For Package'.  Upon receipt of the authorization email proceed with the following:

  • Log into your account on our website
  • Click the My Merchandise Return link from the drop down menu or the 'My Account' page
  • Click the 'Print Out' link under Return Slip column
  • Clicking the link will download the return slip to your computer in PDF format. 
  • Locate the downloaded RMA file on you computer (usually in the 'My Downloads' folder unless you specified a different folder during the download).
  • Open and print out the RMA and include it with your return
  • All returns will be issued as store credit unless your return specifies that you prefer a refund to your card

Typically outstanding items are addressed proactively with an additional shipment or store credit. However, in the transition of the company there may be some that were missed. If this is the case and you have items outstanding, we can expedite your request with the following process:

Please note a return code [INSERT ORDER NUMBER FROM PACKING SLIP OR CONFIRMATION]-[INSERT LAST NAME]-Return in or on your package so that we can process your return. As per our return and refund policies, original shipping is non-refundable and your refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We recommend that your return be sent with tracking and insurance.  Restocking fees are waived if your refund is issued as a store credit. Please include your refund preference (card or store credit) with your return.

  • Website Returns submitted outside of the return deadline outlined in our Return Policy will be charged 50% restocking fee and issued a store credit only.
  • Website Returns that do not explicitly declare "Refund To Card" will automatically be issued a store credit.
  • If you choose to use an envelope (even padded) please note that your return is subject to several issues as envelopes are not tracked nor insured, and merchandise no matter how small is typically damaged as the sorters smash merchandise.  We can not be responsible for returns sent without tracking, insurance, and original packaging. 
  • For orders placed on an avenue other than our website, refund will be made to original payment method.  Note fees may apply. 

As per our return policy, shipping is non-refundable and your refund may be subject to other fees. No cash refunds on shipping will be provided if either method is used.  

If the issue is of our error, please use either return process and include a summary of our error and your receipt for standard USPS return shipping.  Upon receipt of the return, we will be happy to issue a store credit for return shipping as well as a discount code to your account as a token of our sincerest apology. 

We can not process exchanges.  To exchange, simply use the return process and use the store credit generated to have another item shipped. 

FINAL RETURN NOTE:  For orders shipped by USPS, you may also REFUSE DELIVERY and the parcel will be returned to us.  Note that all refunds will be subject to applicable fees for Returned To Sender (RTS) or Refused parcels.  To refuse delivery simply write "REFUSE DELIVERY" on the parcel where our return address is visible and leave it for your regular mail carrier to retrieve during your regular mail delivery.
