We offer secure payment options online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, & Paypal. We also accept check or money orders on orders processed through the cart.
For security purposes, we do not store any of your sensitive or payment information either online or offline. Your payment information is only kept in the system long enough to confirm your payment during the checkout process, then it is destroyed for security purposes. For this reason we do require your payment information to be entered with each order, and we can not add on items after an order is completed.
Please group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
To redeem a voucher, in-store credit, or discount code, login to your account or register for a new account, and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Then click the pink "cart" button in the right column of any page to view your Cart Summary.
On the cart summary page, under your cart contents, enter the code in the field under "Save With A Coupon Code", and press add. Codes are case sensitive. Also ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces if you are pasting a code into the field.
We are very happy to work with you on any payment issues/concerns/questions. However, due to very high credit card processing fees, please contact us before your complete your order if you need assistance with vouchers or credit slips, refunds, shipping fees, or any other charge concerns. Our apologies, but we can no longer issue cash refunds or additional store credits for the amount of discount codes or store credits that were not used during the checkout process.
Every attempt with your card will yield one transaction showing on your credit card account, even if the card fails or is declined. Thus, if you make 3 attempts with your card, all 3 attempts will show on your statement. HOWEVER, only those transactions with a status of COMPLETED will transfer monies. If you have multiple transactions from attempts to run your card in PENDING status, they will change to expired within a few business days. We do not have any way to expedite this process as the delay is determined by each customer's card company.
