For any monetary loss suffered to Superior Dollhouse Miniatures as a result of a customer's chargeback action, they must promptly return the unpaid merchandise at their own expense. Superior Dollhouse Miniatures reserves the right to use any and all civil, public, online, collections, and or legal channels to mitigate and report the loss. Submission of an order also constitutes customer's agreement to these terms and conditions as well as our return and refund policies.
