Return Policy - Store Credit Only - No Cash or Credit Card Refunds

In the event you receive items that were not what you expected, needed, or damaged we will except returns under the following conditions:

1. All returns must be accompanied by a return code - you must email us at returns@superior-dollhouse-miniatures.com to get a return code and warehouse address prior to the return.

2. All returns must be within 15 days of date the order was placed.

3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.

4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.

5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.

6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.

7. Special Order Items, Paint, Glue, Videos, Magazines, Catalogs, Blueprints, or Tools may not be returned.

8. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Dollhouse Kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

9. Bespaq items may only be exchanged for the same item, Returns for credit not accepted.

10. Store Credits are valid for 90 days.
