Self-Serve Returns:

  1. Start by generating an RMA:
  • Log into your account
  • Hover over your name in the top right corner of the page
  • Click the Order History link from the dropdown
  • Locate the order with the product you wish to return
  • In the order's history view check the items that you wish to return
  • click the generate an RMA number button

Once you have submitted for an RMA, wait for authorization.  Upon authorization of the return, you will receive an email indicating we are 'Waiting For Package'.  Upon receipt of the authorization email proceed with the following:

  • Log into your account on our website
  • Click the My Merchandise Return link from the drop down menu or the 'My Account' page
  • Click the 'Print Out' link under Return Slip column
  • Clicking the link will download the return slip to your computer in PDF format. 
  • Locate the downloaded RMA file on you computer (usually in the 'My Downloads' folder unless you specified a different folder during the download).
  • Open and print out the RMA and include it with your return
  • All returns will be issued as store credit unless your return specifies that you prefer a refund to your card

All shipping is non-refundable and your refund may be subject to other fees. No refunds on shipping will be provided if this method is used.  If the issue is our fault, contact us for a resolution instead of generating an RMA.  If you are having trouble receiving communications from us, please check your junk mail and add our domain, superior-dollhouse-miniatures.com, to your email client's safe senders list to ensure that communications make it through.
