Because we attempt to execute order processing right away, once an order is placed, it is highly unlikely that it can be cancelled.  If you need to cancel an order, please submit the request in writing through our contact us form.  While we will do our best to execute your cancellation request right away, and attempt to intercept your parcel, we can not make any guarantees for cancellation. 

Once tracking information has been issued to your account, even if it has not yet received it's first scan, it can not be cancelled. 

Should a parcel dispatch that you later decide you do not want, the best action to take is to reject delivery which will return the parcel back to us.  Our standard return policy applies on all returned parcels.
