Shipping Calculations

For a limited time, all orders (shipped in the USA) are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.  Orders with products totals equal to or exceeding the free shipping threshold PER WAREHOUSE are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.  More information on Free Shipping at this URL:

Initial parcels on orders dispatch the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days per warehouse for subsequent parcels to dispatch.

In order for us to bring the best in availability and selection of miniatures online, we partner with the best resources in the industry. We dispatch, not only from our own warehouse, but several other partner warehouses as well. And we have 3 more partners joining before the holiday season!

But, we can not absorb the cost of dispatching multiple parcels on small orders. This is why we MUST calculate shipping from each warehouse on orders that have not reached our FREE SHIPPING threshold on orders.

We do realize that the cost of shipping can exponentially increase as you add items to your cart from multiple warehouse resources if your order does not qualify for free shipping.

Tips To Minimize Shipping Costs:

  1. If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, the sourcing warehouse point is moot for USA deliveries. If your order dispatches from multiple sources, and your destination is in the USA add more minis to your cart rather than pay for the shipping costs. 
  2. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, click the beige cart icon at the top of any page. This will take you to your cart summary where you can preview the dispatch locations on your order.  Scroll down to section 2 for an itemization of your shipping charges by warehouse. 
  3. Identify the items that are not dispatching with your other items. Then paste the product name, (or a portion of it) in the search bar as we may have an identical item shipping from the same location as the rest of your order.  Another way to locate exact or substitution items from the same warehouse is to use the use the "Matching Minis" preview section on the product page.
  4. Remove any items not dispatching with the rest of your order, replacing them with matching items from the same source whenever possible.

If you need assistance with this, login to your account with the items in your cart. Then send us your email, and a customer service rep will be happy to help you reduce your shipping costs.

Calculation Note: If we see that we can dispatch your order in a reduced number of parcels, we will make every attempt to do so.  As a courtesy, we will be happy to issue a store credit for the difference in shipping if your order has dispatched in less parcels.   However, you must contact us after your order has been received complete to receive the credit as we do not have a systematic way to complete this process.  

Please note that store credits can only be issued to those customers that have an account with us, and can not be applied to a guest account.  We will transition your guest account to a customer account to apply the credit.
